Hi all Manta Rays!  I trust everyone stayed safe and warm during the past few days!  Practice will resume this evening; current pool temp WARMER than outside.  :)   

Reminder- Gold Dryland has limited space; and it is a lottery system.  GOLD should come prepared each day to swim (bring your suit, goggles and cap) or have dryland (gym clothes and shoes), as again Dryland spaces are limited.  If you do not have the correct shoes you are not allowed to participate in dryland.
