GOLD- Swim only

Platinum- Dryland with Coach Shivi in the assigned Racquetball Court @6:45-7:20.  Then swim from 7:30-8:45.  Proper shoes. NO CROCS for Dryland or you will assist Coach Caleb on the pool deck.  :)
