Can your MR tell you; What is a "catch?"

Hi all Manta Rays! I do not normally share videos; but I thought it might be good for all the Manta Rays to hear and see another swim coach, telling them the importance of the CATCH.

She has done a very good overall breakdown of freestyle CATCH; and breathing and body/ head position. All the things Coach Caleb and I repeat; so I thought it would be cool to hear and see if from a former Olympic swimmer and now coach.
