Week of 1/12 cont'd & 1/19 Y will be closed

Hi all Manta Rays,

Please sign up for the meet this Saturday it is our last HOME swim meet of the season. It will close tomorrow the 14th at 9pm

Please note, last night, in the Gold session; several "lottery dryland' winners had to be turned away for having on CROCS.  Friendly reminder for the rest of the week.

Gold- Tuesday 13th will have Swim and the 'Lottery Dryland' (up to 10 Manta Rays) . For Dryland, please wear proper clothes and shoes; NO crocs, boots or flip flops.

Gold 14th and 15th Swim only.

Platinum will have Dryland from 645-720 as normally scheduled the remainder of the week.  Please wear proper clothes and shoes; NO crocs, boots or flip flops.

Dryland is such a benefit; I wish we could have all Manta Rays participate; as it helps with strength, mobility and flexibility.  Not to mention having the concept of how certain exercises and movements help in the water!  I would dislike it very much if we end up having to discontinue dryland all together, however, I will be forced to do so, if we cannot all follow the proper attire that was outlined at the parent meeting at the beginning of the season.  And that is repeated on a daily basis directly to each of the Manta Ray swimmers.  Please wear proper clothes and shoes; NO crocs, boots or flip flops.

On 1/19/2026- the Y will be closed in honor of MLK Day, normal practice will resume on 1/20/2026.

Thank you,

Coach Loree
