Happy Tuesday Manta Rays!  

Sorry for the delay; we won the meet on 12/6; squeezing out the win by 30 points!  Those points were from relays.  IAY Stings were great hosts and they have great swimmers on the team.  Our Manta Rays swimmers had personal best times as well!  Congratulations!  

BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR MANTA RAY PARENT VOLUNTEERS!   I appreciate each of you continually stepping up and volunteering whenever asked.  :)

For this evening, 12/9/25- Coach Caleb will be on the pool deck solo.  Coach Shivi will be running a small dryland session for the Gold group only.  Platinum no dryland; please plan on arriving @ 730 pool start.  Dryland will be held for both Gold and Platinum the remaining days this week.
