Hi all Manta Rays!  

I hope you and yours had a wonderful holiday weekend!  

Manta Rays WELCOME BACK! Practice starts tomorrow!  Sept. 2, 2025 Head Coach Loree and Aquatics Dir. Bryant, along with all the Y Lifeguards are excited to have you all back in the pool!!  :)

There will be two new friendly faces on the pool deck; Coach Zach and Coach Caleb, both have swim team experience and we are lucky to have them both!

SILVER- Tues/Thursday session Swim from 5:20-6:20pm

GOLD- Swim from 6:30-7:30 pm

PLATINUM- two parts- 

Dryland please bring correct clothes and shoes- from 6:45- 7:20pm

Break to Change to swim from 7:20-7:30pm

Swim from 7:30-8:45

Manta Rays Parents- please ensure your SwimTopia account via the email you provided is working properly; it is suggested that you have the phone app but you can also access through website/email. 

Looking forward to seeing everyone!  And if we have not met yet, I am looking forward to meeting you and your Manta Ray!
