Good morning Manta Rays!  It appears that this week, may bring us thunderstorms.  This is a friendly reminder that it is the Y safety policy, that we are not in the pool if deemed unsafe by the Aquatics Dir.  If we encounter thunderstorms during the 6pm or the 7pm practice times; we will have the swimmers exit the pool and we will find a safe location away from the pool to have 'Dryland' practice.  What is 'Dryland' practice?  It is a term, that basically means we will work on body weight mobility, stretching and swim techniques out of the water.  ALL of which help each swimmer, in the water.  Our meet schedule is below.  

Please note; your swimmer must compete in 2 swim meets to compete in the Summer Championship.   We are hosting our first home meet with our new blocks on 6/20.  We will need parent volunteers. 

June 6^th 6pm away at Ed Isakson/Alpharetta Family YMCA 

June 13^th 6:30pm away at Cowart Family/Ashford Dunwoody YMCA 

June 20^th 6:30pm Home Meet at McCleskey YMCA 

June 27^th Championship Meet away at Summitt Family YMCA - time TBD
