Cobb (Northwest), Ed Issakson/Alpharetta, Cowart/Ashford Dunwoody Important Reminders: Parents (except volunteers and team
parents) are not permitted on the pool deck. Parent access to locker rooms is
only allowed in the upstairs dry locker rooms. Swimmers are allowed to bring one
small bag with essentials (towel, water bottle, caps, and goggles). Please refer to the attached team
layout map to guide your swimmer to their assigned location. Entrance and exit to the pool deck
will be from the spectator bleachers above. Volunteers Needed Each branch is responsible for filling volunteer positions
for the meet. Please note that volunteers are expected to remain in their

Pick up your pre-ordered championship meet shirts in the Hallway near the parent
spectator seats. Heat Sheets:
The Heat Sheets for both sessions are attached to this email. You can also
access them through the Meet Mobile App by searching for “YMCA of Metro Atlanta
Championships 2024-2025.” Parking Information: Please note that there will be no pre-purchase
option for parking this year. Parking will be available on a first-come,
first-served basis. Parking attendants will be present at each parking

Be sure to check out the attached campus map, including parking zones. Note
that There is a SMALL 5K for one of the on campus clubs so the morning session
families will need to plan accordingly and refer to the map for guidance. You can park in the RED Circled garages for a fee- the day of the event W10 and W2. There
will not be road closures however it may cause a slight delay. We truly appreciate your dedication to the swim team and are
