Hi Manta Ray Parents and Swimmers! 

First, a HUGE THANK YOU to all volunteers!

Secondly, FANTASTIC work to all of our Manta Rays; we secured a FIRST PLACE team finish!  Congratulations!  Several improved and personal best times! :)

We now look ahead to our two final swim meets of the season!  Both meets will be at our HOME pool.

Friendly reminder each swimmer must compete in two regularly schedule meets; to be eligible to compete in the Atlanta Championship. 

Over the next two weeks before the next holiday break; regular scheduled practice and dryland.  Again, for the 6pm & 7pm sessions, please come prepared for Dryland (gym clothes and shoes) or Swimsuits/cap/goggles for the pool each day.  Each Manta Ray should expect to have dryland once a week. 

Silver 5:15pm M/W or T/TH

Gold 6pm M, T, W, TH

Platinum 7pm M, T, W, TH

Please note, we have 2 special practice sessions we are locking down logistics on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2024 and Saturday, January 4, 2025.  More information on the way.
