Hi parents & MR swimmers; 

Normal practice M-25th & T-26th then break until Mon. Dec. 2.  

PLEASE NOTE OUR NEXT SWIM MEET is Dec 7th.   We sent home some exercises home with the Silver and Gold sessions and asked the Platinum to choose three exercises from past Dryland sessions to work on over the Holiday week. 

I will send out a notice when the entries OPEN for Dec 7th meet; as soon as it is available. 

Recap of this week!  We timed all of the Manta Rays in a 25yd freestyle; to update the "FAST WALL" on the far pool wall.  We will be updating it; we invite you all to look at the times.  We have numerous improved times!  Great to see each Manta Rays progression.
