Dear Parents,

I hope you're having a pleasant evening.

Just a friendly reminder that sign-ups for the upcoming Saturday's meet will close tomorrow, 10/26 at 10 pm. If you haven't already signed up your swimmer, kindly take a moment to do so. Additionally, we're in need of 10 parent volunteers, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider taking a slot. This upcoming meet will be the last one for the next few weeks, and your swimmer's participation is invaluable.

We regret to inform you that the ribbons from the previous meet have not yet arrived, and we apologize for the delay. We will notify you as soon as they become available.

Furthermore, we'll be conducting a survey about team t-shirts, and we would love to hear your thoughts and preferences. Please refer to the attached files for a preview of what the t-shirts will look like if there's enough interest. Parents, please choose between short or long sleeves when answering the survey.

Lastly, I'm thrilled to report that our young swimmers are performing exceptionally well in the pool. Great job, Manta Rays!
