Dear parents,

I hope you're having a good evening. I'd like to address a few important matters with you.

First, on Tuesday, October 24th, and Wednesday, October 25th at 7 pm, either myself or a dedicated parent volunteer will be available to distribute any swim caps and ribbons that have not been claimed. We aim to provide you with the ribbons from the previous weekend, but in the event they don't arrive in time, we will ensure that our check-in parent volunteers distribute them at our upcoming meet on October 28th.
