Dear Parents,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide you with ample advance notice regarding our upcoming Championship event, including its tentative date and location. I understand that the Cobb Winter Break is scheduled for February 19th to February 23rd, and I wanted to let you know that the YMCA is tentatively planning our Championship for the weekend of February 25th at Georgia Tech. If your family will be in town during that time, we would be thrilled to have your swimmer participate. As soon as we have confirmed details, we will open up registration.
